Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to be the focal point on the games floor. You will guide guests, explain game options, and help with point redemptions while keeping areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include monitoring activities, performing minor repairs, and communicating with the Technical Team. The role requires availability for days, nights, and weekends in a busy entertainment center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Savvy with technology and willing to learn new skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain game areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Assist guests with questions on point redemption and game details.
• Perform minor repairs and report wear or damage to the Technical Team.
• Open, mid-day, or closing duties as scheduled.
