Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Games Attendant to manage the games floor, assist guests with questions, and help keep all attractions clean, stocked, and operating safely. You will engage guests with energy and enthusiasm, promote our games and entertainment options, and support opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, comfortable with technology, and able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor game areas and ensure equipment is stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide exceptional guest service and help with questions on point redemption.
• Assist guests with questions and perform minor repairs to games and gear.
• Collaborate with Technical Team to report wear and damage to equipment.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards and engage guests as a FUN ambassador.
