Tim Hortons is seeking a Team Member to join our front-line hospitality team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, accurate order fulfilment, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities include following Always Fresh procedures, ensuring speed of service, and upholding health and safety standards while providing friendly, knowledgeable service to guests.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and health/safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a positive first impression.
• Follow food preparation and order accuracy procedures and use the order monitor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and dining area for rush periods.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, sanitation guidelines and Time & Temperature logs.
• Assist with safety and manual handling tasks to ensure a safe work environment.
