Job summary

Halekulani Corp. is seeking a Front Service staff member to greet guests, assist with luggage transport, and provide exceptional service. You will escort guests to rooms, explain hotel services, and ensure smooth guest experiences throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include managing luggage logistics, maintaining service areas, and delivering items to rooms while upholding hotel standards for guest relations and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as Front Service staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all arriving/departing guests.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and attend to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Answer Front Service telephone within three rings and greet guests professionally.
• Assist in locating lost luggage and relay accurate directions to guests.
