Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest check‑in processes, communicate hotel services and promotions, and coach associates. The role supports senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management duties, including training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.

Front Office Supervisors guide agents responsible for guest registration and hotel service communications, while handling payments and guest inquiries in a full‑service hotel environment.

• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
