Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel supervisory or management experience.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience from check-in to service excellence.
• Hire, train, and coach up to 15 Guest Service Agents.
• Manage all Front Office operations and revenue capture.
