Job summary

SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Monroeville by Aimbridge Hospitality seeks an Operations Manager to supervise back-of-house operations and support the General Manager in delivering guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.

You will oversee Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, F&B, Front Office and related departments, mentor staff, ensure standards, safety, and financial reporting, and participate in MOD coverage as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive experience in a Rooms or F&B department in a hotel or a 4-year degree with 1–2 years in Rooms or F&B.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to evaluate options quickly and work in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to interpret financial information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold the brand dress code and nametag policy.
• Ensure safe, efficient hotel operations and compliance with SOPs.
• Support training and certification requirements and assist with recruiting and onboarding.
• Participate in MOD coverage and assist General Manager with financial reports.
