Job summary

Hilton Denver City Center, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead Guest Services. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle cash, and coordinate transport services to ensure exceptional service across a busy downtown property.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, communicating effectively with teams, and maintaining accurate hotel records. A strong English background and hotel front desk experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2+ years as front desk supervisor or 4+ years front office in hotel work.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Supervise daily Guest Services operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash, receipts, and hotel accounts with proper cash handling.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with reservations and rates.
• Coordinate with valet, taxi, and Airport Connection services for guest transport.
• Prepare weekly Front Office schedules and ensure coverage.
• Maintain front desk communications and training for new hires.
