Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Escondido is seeking a Team Member to welcome members, guide tours, answer membership questions, and help with club operations. You’ll help maintain a sparkling, welcoming space and support front desk tasks and sign-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-based mindset with the ability to receive and deliver feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest by sharing information about memberships, programs, amenities, and tours.
• Keep the club clean and inviting by completing daily cleaning tasks and assisting with upkeep.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and services, coordinating with leadership when needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies (if applicable at club).
• Support Kids Club operations as needed to ensure excellent service for families.
