Hotel del Coronado, a famed Hilton property on Coronado Island, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the guest services team and ensure memorable stays for our guests. In this role you will supervise front desk operations, manage schedules, mentor staff, resolve guest inquiries, and optimize lobby flow to maintain exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office team: lead team members in check-ins, check-outs, and guest service delivery
• Lead day-to-day team operations: create schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training
• Lead guest issue resolution: respond to inquiries and concerns, supporting team in handling escalated issues
• Manage lobby flow: monitor guest traffic and adjust team coverage for service efficiency
