Job summary

Hilton's Hotel del Coronado on Coronado Island seeks a Property Operations Coordinator for a full-time role. The property features 750+ rooms, 65,000 sq ft of banquet space, and multiple F&B outlets. Schedule includes 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM with weekend/holiday availability.

HotSOS experience preferred; you will monitor tickets, run reports, manage communications, and coordinate with departments to complete service orders while assisting others to operate the system.

Qualifications

• Monitor and assign service tickets using HotSOS.
• Run reports and collect data related to HotSOS system.
• Receive and process phone calls, emails, and Teams chat regarding service orders updates and status.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful completion of HotSOS service orders.
• Assist and train others to operate HotSOS system.
