Job summary

The Hilton Hotel del Coronado on Coronado Island near San Diego is seeking a dedicated Steward to join the Stewarding team. You will help keep service areas spotless and support event setups while upholding the warm hospitality Hilton is known for.

As a member of the Stewarding team, you will maintain cleanliness, assist with banquets, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the resort’s 28-acre property and multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless including chinaware and silverware.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies are well stocked.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness with routine cleaning and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
