You'll coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, verify unit availability for vendor visits, and identify owner leads to support business growth.

Qualificações

• 1+ year experience in administrative or customer service role.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve reservations questions.
