Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Holiday Inn Lucedale. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests warmly, handling registrations, reservations, and inquiries while promoting hotel services and local attractions.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, quotes, up-selling, and ensuring accurate folio charges. A friendly, professional demeanor and on-the-job training will support day-to-day guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3–12 months in a guest-relations/front-desk role preferred.
• Excellent computer and cash handling skills required, plus a sociable, service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registrations and check-ins/outs.
• Provide quotes, up-sell rooms, and process payments.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, local attractions, and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professional, friendly communication with guests and team.
