This role includes assisting with breakfast service and the Kickback in the evening, cash handling, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the friendly face of the hotel to guests entering and departing.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
• Promote company programs and maintain guest records; cash handling and issue resolution.
• Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, including setup and cleanup.
