Job summary

Mains’l Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Front Desk Associate) to be the welcoming face of our organization in Brooklyn Park, MN. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides excellent customer service to all who interact with our company—ensuring that every interaction reflects the Mains’l Mission, Vision, and Values.

The position is in-office with standard hours 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and vendors in a professional manner.
• Provide forms and information as requested.
• Answer and screen calls and forward to appropriate staff.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as mail, data entry, and meeting prep.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and visitor protocols.
