Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly checking them in and out.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Know how to post all charges accurately and timely.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card information for hotel charges and give correct change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and how to handle each.
