Soul Space is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our wellness facility. You will greet guests, handle check-in/out, manage reservations, and provide attentive service to ensure an exceptional visit from moment one.

Knowledge of all Soul Space modalities and services is essential, as is the ability to respond to inquiries, coordinate with other departments, and address guest needs with professionalism. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm, effective handling of difficult situations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, with accurate record-keeping.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of Soul Space modalities and services to guide guests accordingly.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
