Balancing warm hospitality with smart front-office operations, you will drive guest satisfaction and help maximize room revenue while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn hotel management software.

Responsabilités

• Guest Experience: Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service from pre-arrival through departure.
• Front Office Operations: Manage guest check-ins/outs, process payments, and handle reservation updates.
• Concierge & Communications: Serve as a central hub for guest inquiries and recommendations.
• Revenue Awareness: Assist in driving room revenue and occupancy through upselling and inventory management.
• Problem Solving: Address guest feedback with empathy and speed.
