Sonder is looking for a team member to deliver exceptional customer service while guiding guests through our tech-enabled experience in Minneapolis. This role will involve ensuring the cleanliness and organization of both guest spaces and supporting roles in back-house operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have a customer service background. This position may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on creating an unforgettable stay for our guests.

Formación

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer service roles.
