Job summary

Valor is seeking a hospitality operations leader to oversee all guest-related operations at its properties in the US. You will manage front desk staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in guest services or similar roles with proven leadership. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.

• Experience in guest services or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage staff and schedules effectively.

Responsibilities
