Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff during daily service.
• Support training, coaching, and performance of servers, hosts, and bussers.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle service recovery when needed.
• Oversee table sections, flow of service, and overall dining room operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Support inventory tracking, side work, and setup tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards.
