Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors to the community and direct them appropriately.
• Answer the telephone, transfer calls, and take accurate messages.
• Monitor walkie-talkie, door security, and fire panel as needed.
• Maintain resident sign-in/out logs and visitor registration records.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing and copying.
• Support Executive Director with assigned administrative duties.
• Assist with coordinating van schedules for residents as needed.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings as required.
