Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown is seeking a Front Office Associate to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and communicate hotel services with a focus on memorable experiences.

As the face of Hyatt, you will engage with guests, process payments, and provide accurate information while maintaining a polished, professional presence and teamwork with hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
• Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.
