Job summary

The Aspen Mountain Residences, part of East West Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and owners, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and provide attentive service throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation teams.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management and reservation systems.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests and owners in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest and owner inquiries in person, over the phone, and through other channels.
• Provide accurate information about property amenities, services, local attractions and activities in the Aspen area.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Transportation, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide backup support to Transportation/Bell department when needed.
