Job summary

Hiley Volkswagen of Huntsville is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome visitors, answer calls on a multi-line system, and collect basic customer information to support sales and service teams. You will work closely with the sales and internal teams to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every guest, from arrival to departure.

A positive attitude, strong communication, punctuality, and a neat appearance are essential; prior experience is helpful but not required.

• Obtaining and recording basic information about customers.
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams.
• Perform clerical duties to support the operation of our daily business.
