Job summary

SpringHill Suites Logan is seeking a part-time concierge to create memorable guest experiences in a vibrant Logan hotel. You will build local contacts, stay informed about events, and guide guests to attractions and hotel services.

You will help maintain an inviting Concierge lounge and provide food and beverage service, while embracing teamwork, strong communication, and flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Previous experience as a Concierge or with local events.
• Proven customer service skills, resourceful and creative.
• Strong business communication skills verbal and written.
• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player who contributes to guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for guests.
• Build local contacts and stay informed about area events to advise guests.
• Recommend sights and activities in the hotel and local area; know Instagrammable spots and services.
• Ensure Concierge lounge is inviting and clean.
• Provide food and beverage service to guests, ensuring quality and responsible alcohol service.
