Job summary

SpringHill Suites Logan is seeking an Assistant General Manager to coordinate and manage all property activities, with a focus on Front Office and Accounting. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure adherence to hotel policies and to deliver exceptional guest service.

This on-site role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience with PMS systems and front desk procedures. Pay is DOE; Logan, Utah location.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form with guests and associates.
• Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
• Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills.
• Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to Front Office staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all property activities including Front Office and Accounting.
• Direct Front Office Manager to uphold guest service standards.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting to complete accounting functions.
• Interface with General Manager to ensure policy adherence.
