Job summary

SpringHill Suites Logan is seeking a part-time Concierge to help guests enjoy their stay by sharing local knowledge and recommendations for attractions and events in Logan, Utah. You will guide guests to hotel amenities, maintain a welcoming lounge, and provide attentive service to ensure memorable visits.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High work ethic with self-initiative
• Prior Concierge experience or local events knowledge
• Strong customer service skills, resourceful and creative
• Excellent business communication, verbal and written
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team player who delivers great guest experiences
• Physical ability to sit long, lift 10–25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs
• Build local contacts and stay informed on local events to inform guests
• Recommend sights and activities and highlight Instagrammable spots
• Keep the Concierge lounge inviting and well maintained
• Provide food and beverage service to guests and ensure quality and presentation; comply with laws on alcohol service
