Job summary

Guru Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to support Guest Service Agents in checking guests in and out, ensuring exemplary service and profitability. You will assist with guest inquiries, provide directions, and maintain strong knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.

In this role you will collaborate across the front desk and other departments to deliver welcoming experiences and accurate information, helping to sustain high guest satisfaction and hotel performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations.
• Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, events and local attractions
• Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
• Provide or obtain accurate information
• Assist with guest check-in/out
• Respond to guest inquiries efficientlyProvide directions and local recommendations
• Maintain hotel product knowledge
• Support team members and other departments
