Qualifications

• Experience with front desk operations and basic computer skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling procedures and front office policies.
• Maintain front desk and lobby standards and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Answer phones and manage emails; support loyalty programs.
