Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations for guestrooms and public areas.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule team members.
• Ensure brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide coaching and follow-up.
• Manage labor, productivity, and staffing to meet occupancy needs.
• Oversee inventory and par levels; order supplies.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for room turns.
• Monitor guest feedback and act on cleanliness scores.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and chemical handling standards.
• Maintain logs and department documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
