Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and by phone and answer guest inquiries.
• Welcome, register, check-in and check-out guests and issue keys.
• Record credit card information and maintain accurate guest records.
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties to ensure current guest information.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms.
