Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older required.

• Customer service background preferred.

• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with outstanding service.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, check members in, give tours, sign up new members and calculate rates.
• Assist Club Manager with cash drawer and daily tasks.
• Update member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain club cleanliness and daily housekeeping duties.
