Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma/GED.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members into the system, tours for prospective members.
• Sign up new members and calculate rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager and maintain clean, welcoming club environment.
• Assist in updating member accounts and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Complete daily tasks within the first hour and assist with cleaning and upkeep as needed.
• Support in special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.
