Job summary

Taymax Group, operator of Planet Fitness clubs, is hiring a Member Services Representative in Hemet, CA to provide a superior member experience at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, sign up new members, and help tours while keeping the club clean and well-organized.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude suitable for a fitness-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, give tours, sign up new members and calculate rates.
• Assist Club Manager with cash handling and drawer counting as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with daily cleaning duties.
• Respond to member questions and concerns and escalate as needed.
