Qualifications

• Provide exceptional guest service across Castaway Bay.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries in person and on the phone within a hotel setting.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods as required.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of Castaway Bay and answer guest questions throughout their stay.
• Answer guest questions in person and on the phone.
• Collect and record charges and assist with general office procedures.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
