Job summary

Cedar Point's Castaway Bay is hiring a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service at check-in/out and answer guest questions. You’ll also handle charges and perform general office tasks using the hotel Property Management System.

Candidates must be 18+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided in a fun, guest-focused environment at Cedar Point.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a mandatory drug test per company policy unless prohibited by law.
• Ability to pass a background check if 18+ per company policy.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of Castaway Bay and answer guest questions.
• Answer guest questions in person and on the phone.
• Collect and record all charges and perform general office procedures.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
