Job summary

Cedar Point in Ohio is seeking a Front Desk Agent to help guests at Castaway Bay. You will check guests in and out, handle questions, and record charges while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll work with the hotel Property Management System and contribute to a welcoming, memorable guest experience for all visitors. This role requires flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop, push cart up to 50 lbs, and use cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a mandatory or random drug test, per Company policy.
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years or older, per Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of Castaway Bay and answer guest questions or concerns during their stay.
• Answer guest questions in person and on the phone.
• Collect and record all charges and perform general office procedures.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
