Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug test per policy, unless prohibited by law.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of Castaway Bay and answer questions during stay.
• Answer guest questions in person and by phone.
• Collect and record charges and perform general office procedures.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
