Job summary

The Churchill Hotel near Embassy Row in Washington, DC, is seeking a Front Office/Guest Services Associate. You will greet guests, check them in and out, assist with pre-registration, and handle charges accurately using the front desk systems.

• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Understand rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures to handle changes.
