Job summary

The Churchill Hotel near Embassy Row, part of Remington Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Washington, DC. You will warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations when needed.

Responsibilities include posting charges, handling cash, operating the Front Office system, reviewing reservations and managing same-day bookings. The role pays $18.40 per hour (USD) and is full-time, in-office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in and out promptly and professionally.

• Maintain knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Manage cash, checks and credit card information securely.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts and cancellation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations and follow relocation procedures when needed.
