Hilton Garden Inn Buckhead is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will handle check-in and check-out, assist with reservations, and respond to guest inquiries with warm, professional service to ensure a seamless stay.

You will report to the Front Office Manager. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth across the hospitality portfolio, and benefits including healthcare, PTO, and discounts through our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out for guests.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
