DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to create a warm, welcoming stay and deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to checkout. You will handle reservations, guest questions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer skills and experience with hotel systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues with care and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel procedures.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow all safety, security, and brand standards.
