Job summary

Westmont Hospitality, at the Doubletree Omaha, invites applications for a Front Desk Agent. You will serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming guests and resolving needs with a friendly, professional approach. Shifts run 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, with strong emphasis on courteous service, accurate check-in/out, and concierge support.

Qualifications

• Prior Hilton hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to access and input information using a computer system.
• MUST have prior front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Initiate courtesy call after check-in to ensure guest satisfaction and offer assistance.
• Provide courteous telephone service for PBX operations with accurate information.
• Review arrivals and VIP/group requests; balance shift cash and credit card transactions.
• Provide Concierge services with knowledge of local restaurants, events, and attractions.
