Job summary

Pearl Hospitality is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent for The Westin Houston Medical Center property. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth stays.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to stay patient and professional during busy periods. Weekend and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to create a friendly, professional first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out, verify identification and process payments.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with appropriate escalation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions per hotel policy.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure safety, security, and privacy regulations in guest interactions.
