Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Sage Lodge. You’ll handle efficient check-in/out, manage room charges, keys, and guest requests while supporting the Front Office team.

This role requires hospitality or customer service experience, proficiency with a property management system and billing tools, and the ability to stand for long periods. Join a values-driven team in a scenic Montana setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver license.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in and check-out processes including room charges, keys, and guest issue resolution.
• Be knowledgeable and proficient with the property management system.
• Operate the PBX and Radio paging system according to procedures.
• Establishs appropriate credit at check-in; issue room keys and brief guests on services and areas.
• Manage guest issues effectively, balancing guest needs with business objectives.
• Use discretion and consult with management for resolution of conflicts.
• Conduct follow-up with guests and fellow team members.
• Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations for guests.
