Job summary

Salish Lodge & Spa, part of Columbia Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, handle requests, and coordinate services that enhance the guest experience. You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting and play a key role in delivering memorable stays for guests who return time and again.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or customer service experience, cash handling skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out per hotel procedures.
• Operate PBX and radio paging systems as trained.
• Issue room keys and explain hotel services to guests.
• Resolve guest issues with discretion and escalate when necessary.
• Make restaurant, transportation, and activity reservations for guests.
