Home2 Suites Mobile International Airport seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins, and handle guest requests with poise. You are the face of the hotel, ensuring a seamless, memorable stay and smooth front desk operations.

You’ll juggle reservations, communications, and front desk tasks, delivering attentive service and accurate processing in a fast-paced environment at our Mobile, AL property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Hotel/related field experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Guest service excellence: greet guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team to maintain operational flow.
