Job summary

Home2 Suites Houston is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and manage reservations. You will ensure smooth check-in/check-out, handle guest requests, and assist with concierge duties while promoting hotel services and local attractions.

The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications
